These terms are between you and Asem Alkamel (owner of asemalkamel.com, the Arabdown products and the GoalPress Pro theme). Buying or downloading any product means you accept them.
1. The products and the software licence
- Our products are WordPress plugins and themes licensed under the GPL, version 2 or later, as WordPress requires. You may use and modify the code under that licence.
- What you buy is a licence key, which gives you the paid features, updates and support, for the number of sites set in your plan and for the term set in it.
- The images, icons, logos and the Arabdown and GoalPress trademarks are not covered by the GPL, and may not be used in a competing product.
2. Plans and term
- Each plan sets the number of sites the key can be activated on, as shown on the product page.
- Annual licence: includes updates and support for one year from the date of purchase. After the year ends, the features you bought keep working on your sites, and new updates and support stop until you renew. The protection features of the permissions plugin never stop.
- Lifetime licence (where the product page offers one): updates and support for as long as the product exists.
- Renewal extends the same key for a new year, at the price shown at the time of renewal.
- You can move an activation from one site to another by deactivating it on the old site.
3. Third-party services and their keys
Some features work through third-party services whose key you add yourself, such as AI providers, match data (API-Football) and Google services.
- You are responsible for subscribing to these services, for their costs, and for keeping to their terms.
- We do not guarantee the availability or the prices of those services, which may change on their side.
4. Content and lawful use
- You are responsible for the content you publish with our tools, including the sources you add to the news tool, and for having the right to use them.
- The products may not be used to publish pirated content, unlicensed broadcasts or any unlawful activity. We may suspend the licence when that is established, without a refund.
5. Support
- It covers answering questions about using the products, and fixing bugs in our products.
- It does not cover custom development, designing your site, or fixing a conflict caused by a third-party plugin or theme, though we will try to help as far as we can.

6. Limitation of liability
- The products are provided “as is”. We work to keep them stable and secure, but we do not guarantee that they are free of errors or fit for every purpose.
- We recommend backing up your site before any installation or update.
- We are not liable for any loss of data, profits or search rankings. In any case, our liability does not exceed what you paid for the product.
7. Refunds
See the refund policy: a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
9. Changes
We may update these terms, and we show the date of the last update at the top of the page. No change affects your rights under a licence bought before it.
