We want you to buy with confidence. That is why we offer a full refund within 7 days of buying any paid plan of the Arabdown products or the GoalPress Pro theme.
How to ask for a refund
Write to us at asemalkamel18@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, and include:
- The order number, or the email address you bought with.
- The reason, which is optional but helps us improve the product.
We reply within two working days. If the problem is technical, we will offer to help first, and the decision on the refund stays yours.
What happens once it is approved
- The full amount goes back through PayPal to the original payment method; when it shows in your account depends on PayPal’s and your bank’s processing.
- The licence key linked to the order is cancelled, so the paid features and updates stop on the sites where it is active.
Renewals
The same refund applies to a licence renewal: within 7 days of the renewal date.
What a refund does not cover
- Orders more than 7 days old.
- Free versions.
- Buying the same product again and again and asking for a refund each time, in a way that shows abuse.
Payment disputes
If you run into any problem, write to us before opening a dispute with PayPal; a direct refund is faster for you. Opening a dispute suspends the licence automatically until it is resolved.
