Before
No ERP, no central infrastructure, no IT team. Production and administration worked on separate data, reconciled by hand across departments.
TO-BE
After
SAP Business One integrated with MES, HR and a custom feed formulation system. Production data syncs with administration in real time, and manual reconciliation has ended entirely.

03What I did
- Led the end-to-end SAP Business One implementation alongside MES, HR and the feed formulation system.
- Built SQL queries and Crystal Reports inside SAP B1 so each department has daily operational visibility.
- Built the executive reporting dashboards used by the CEO and the Board.
RESULT
Zero manual reconciliation between production and administration.
Production, finance and senior management see the same number, from one source.
